RESERVATION POLICIES:

Reservations may be requested by emailing Joshua at: info@thejoshuaspa.com
A notification of the request will be sent to Joshua in which he will apply within one hour to confirm or decline the appointment.

PARKING FEES FOR IN ROOM/MOBILE Massage:

If Hotel or Resort has a valet or parking fee the fee will be charged to the room. If room charge is not allow, the fee will be charged at the end of the service.
If home or vacation home, please communicate parking requirements.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

A valid credit card is required to schedule your spa appointment. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide 24 hours’ advance notice to avoid incurring the full service fee.

PAYMENT:

Payment is due at the end of the session with Joshua. Joshua accepts, cash, credit card or venmo.

ARRIVAL:

Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment time. Access to showers, hot tub, and relaxation lounge are available. Late arrivals will result in a reduction of treatment time at the full treatment price.

MEDICAL CONCERNS:

It is the responsibility of the client to keep the massage therapist informed of any medical treatment currently being taken, any health concerns, and any allergies to aromatherapy and essential oils. Information shared between massage therapist and client is confidential.
